    What are the shipping costs?

    We provide free delivery free world wide. Delivery includes track & trace; you will receive the code by email so that you can closely monitor the status of your order.

    Too small, too large, wrong color, damaged, or another reason you are not satisfied? Please contact our customer service immediately after receipt or discovery. Within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a replacement item, store credit, or refund.

    What is the return policy?

    All orders may be returned within 30 days if you are not satisfied. All returns must be accompanied by a return form. This can be found on the exchanges and returns page or requested from our customer service department. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.
